This high phosphorous electroless nickel coating provides superior corrosion and oxidation protection for your components. This coating offers corrosion and oxidation protection equal to electroless nickel with excellent lubricity and wear resistance due to the co-deposit of electroless nickel and P.T.F.E. NICKLON® is invaluable in many molding and industrial applications for its corrosion and release properties.
This solution provides slightly less corrosion and oxidation protection than NICKLON® but offers a superior level of lubricity and release and an excellent level of abrasion and wear resistance. This unique process is an evolving formulation, an electroless nickel phosphorus coating that incorporates boron nitride particles in a co-deposited nickel matrix.
